Contracted arrangements for continuous pallet volume

When volume is high and constant, pallets belong on a contract: fixed scope, agreed pricing and a review cycle, so nothing is negotiated fresh every month.

What a contract fixes

It removes the unplanned build-ups and emergency call-outs

High-volume sites lose more to blocked bays, sudden build-up and last-minute removals than to the price per pallet. A contract sets a fixed collection or supply rhythm so those surprises stop happening.

We agree what triggers a movement, what happens when volume spikes, who to call if something goes wrong, how often the arrangement is reviewed, and what records you get each period.

How it works

What we agree before work starts

  • Scope and sites

Which locations, which pallet types, which movements are covered.

  • Volume assumptions

Baseline volumes and seasonality, and the tolerance around them before we review the arrangement.

  • Commercial terms

How collection, recovery value and any supply are priced, including how surplus value is credited to you.

  • Service commitments

Collection frequency and response commitments, set at levels we can actually meet.

  • Escalation and review

Named contacts on both sides, an escalation route and a fixed review cycle.

  • Reporting

Records per site and in total, in a format your finance and reporting teams can use.

Who this suits

Continuous, high-volume operations

Manufacturers, distributors and 3PLs with steady inbound or outbound pallet flow across one or more sites, and any operation currently managing volume through repeated one-off bookings.

Procurement process

We work with your tender and approval process

Large arrangements usually go through a formal procurement route. We complete supplier questionnaires and provide the documentation you need as part of setting up the contract.
