First-party evidence

Case studies: our work, described accurately or not at all

A case study is only useful if it is true. We publish them from our own records, with the customer's written permission, and we name figures only where they come from documented work rather than from a marketing estimate. That standard means this page fills up more slowly than most — which is rather the point.

Current status

No case studies are published yet

We have the work. What we do not yet have is written customer permission to describe it by name, and we will not publish an anonymous story dressed up as evidence.

What a published case study will contain

  • The customer, named, with written permission to be named.
  • The operational problem in their words, not ours.
  • What we actually did — supply, collection, clearance or managed service.
  • Figures drawn from our records of the work, with the period they cover.
  • A named contact at the customer who has approved the final text.

Are you a customer willing to be named?

If we work together and you are happy for the arrangement to be described publicly, we would like to talk to you. You would see and approve the text before anything is published, and you can withdraw it at any point.

Get in touch and mention case studies, or speak to your usual contact.
