Pallets for 3PL and logistics operators

We supply UK standard, Euro and export pallets into contract logistics sites, on a one-off, bulk or account basis, then collect surplus and manage stock across your network. Client-owned and pooled equipment is kept out of any purchase or clearance.

What we supply

Pallets matched to a multi-client site

3PL sites need pallets that suit whichever client's stock is on the floor that week: UK standard 1200x1000 and Euro 1200x800, new or quality used, plus export/ISPM15-marked pallets where client goods are moving abroad. We supply against a specification agreed up front, on one-off orders, bulk deliveries or a standing account across your sites.

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10am, subject to stock, vehicle availability, order size and destination — useful when a client's line is about to stop.

Operational benefits

Why operators use one supplier across a network

  • One specification per client

Agree the pallet type and grade per client account, so goods-out always matches what that customer expects.

  • Consistent terms across sites

One arrangement covering pricing, delivery and reporting, so depots aren't negotiating separately.

  • Stock kept off the yard

Regular supply and collection cycles keep pallets moving instead of building up around bays and staging areas.

  • Clean ownership trail

Pooled and client-owned pallets are identified and kept separate from anything we buy or clear as surplus.

  • Reporting your clients ask for

Delivery and collection records in the format your own customers need to see.

  • Scales with volume

Start with one site and extend the same terms across the network as volume grows.

How it works

Supply, then collection and management

We agree a specification and delivery pattern for each site, then deliver on a set cycle or on call-off. Once supply is running, we collect surplus, pooled-marked and damaged pallets separately — pooled equipment goes back to its operator, not into a surplus purchase — and recover or recycle stock that's genuinely finished. Where volume is recurring across several sites, this moves onto an account so pricing and collection are consistent network-wide.
