Pallet supply for warehouses and distribution centres

We supply UK standard and Euro pallets at volume, new or quality used, on one-off, bulk or account terms, and manage the buffer stock and surplus a busy warehouse or DC generates. At DC volume, the right grade and buffer size is a line on the budget, not a detail.

What we supply

Pallets specified for your grade and volume

We supply UK standard 1200x1000 and Euro 1200x800 pallets, quality used or new, specified to your racking, conveyor or automation tolerance not defaulted upwards. Where volume is recurring, we set up account supply on agreed terms instead of repeated spot buying, so continuity is built in and priced once.

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10am, subject to stock, vehicle availability, order size and destination.

Operational benefits

Why volume operators buy this way

  • Grade matched to your equipment

Racking, conveyors and automated handling reject pallets a manual site would accept — we specify to that tolerance.

  • Continuity over unit price

A pallet that always arrives is worth more than a marginally cheaper one that isn't there in week 40.

  • Buffer sized to your peaks

Enough stock to absorb peak weeks without surrendering yard space to it permanently.

  • Yard space protected

Supply and collection cycles set against how fast your buffer actually fills, not a fixed calendar.

  • Both directions covered

New supply for outbound and collection of surplus from goods-in, on one arrangement.

  • Account pricing at volume

Contract terms once recurring volume is established, rather than a new quote every time.

How it works

Supply, then buffer management and collection

We agree pallet type, grade and delivery frequency against your inbound and outbound volumes, then deliver on a schedule or call-off basis. Once supply is running, we collect surplus and buffer stock at a frequency set against how quickly your yard fills, keeping stock off trailer parking and load-staging areas.

What to send us for a quote

  • Weekly outbound despatch volume and the pallet type it needs.
  • Any automation or racking constraint that sets a minimum grade.
  • Peak trading periods and how much they lift volume.
  • Current buffer holding and where it's physically stored.
  • Delivery frequency you're looking for — one-off, scheduled or call-off.
  • Yard photographs, if congestion is part of the enquiry.

Buying pallets outright

Palletmove handles contract and account supply into corporate operations as part of a managed relationship. If what you need is straightforward product-led purchasing — browse, specify, price and take delivery — that sits with our sister brand Pallets Direct, which is built for exactly that. Many DCs use both: contract supply for the predictable baseline, direct purchasing for the exceptions.

Who this suits

Warehouses, DCs and wholesalers

High-throughput warehouses, distribution centres and wholesale operations where pallet volume is significant enough that grade, continuity and yard space are commercial decisions, not incidental ones.
