Pallets for food and drink operations
We supply new and quality used pallets suited to food and drink handling, and manage the flow around production — from goods-in surplus to pooled pallet accounts. Most sites run largely on pooled equipment, so we keep that separate from anything we supply, buy or clear.
What we supply
Pallets specified for hygiene and handling
We supply UK standard and Euro pallets, new or quality used, and export/ISPM15 pallets for product leaving Great Britain. Food-contact and hygiene requirements are agreed at specification stage, so stock arrives clean, sound and fit for a food environment rather than assessed after it's rejected at goods-in.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10am, subject to stock, vehicle availability, order size and destination — useful when a production run can't wait on pallet stock.
Operational benefits
What the right supply and management solves
Fewer hygiene rejections
Stock specified to pass inspection first time, rather than pallets that look fine but fail on damp, contamination or fixings.
Pooled stock kept separate
CHEP, LPR and IPP pallets identified and staged for return, never bought or cleared as surplus.
Peak-ready supply
Supply agreed against your production calendar, with a mechanism to flex for seasonal surges.
Less timber standing outside
Collection frequency set to fit fire loading, pest control and audit constraints on outdoor storage.
Genuine surplus paid for
Once pooled and rejected stock is separated out, what's left is assessed properly and bought where it has value.
Consistent terms across sites
One arrangement across plants or depots, instead of each site solving supply and collection separately.
How it works
Ownership first, then supply and collection
We agree your pallet specification and delivery pattern, then set collection frequency against your production calendar and outdoor storage limits. Pooled pallets are identified and staged for return to the operator rather than mixed in with anything we supply or collect; genuine surplus is assessed and bought where it has recoverable value.
Who this suits
Food and drink producers and depots
Food and drink production sites, co-packers and depots running retailer-driven supply chains where hygiene standards, pooled pallet accounts and seasonal peaks all shape the pallet flow.
What to send us for a quote
- The pallet type and grade your product and packaging line need.
- Typical weekly volume and your worst peak week of the year.
- Photographs of any pallet stacks, including block or stringer markings.
- Your pooling operator names and whether accounts are currently reconciled.
- Any restriction your fire risk assessment places on outside timber storage.
- Whether finished product leaves Great Britain, and on which pallet type.
Pooled pallets stay with their operator
Pooled pallets are not ordinary surplus stock, they're not ours to purchase, and they shouldn't be cleared as waste. If your yard is full of them, the fix is a return and reconciliation process with the operator — we'll help you identify and stage what's pooled, but the account relationship itself stays between you and them.
